Return and Refund Policy – Sarees

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your saree, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized sarees are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at ansari.yasir1@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the saree, and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item delivered.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned saree.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible if the desired saree is in stock.
  • Follow the return process to send back the original saree, and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged saree, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a full refund or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected.
  • Always retain the proof of shipment when returning the saree.
